📦 Order & Production

When will my orders be processed?
We send all orders to our German producer twice a day: once at midday 🕛 and once in the evening 🌃. This ensures that your order goes into production as quickly as possible! -
How long does production take?
The standard production time is 1 to 3 days ⏳. Please note that during periods of particularly high order volume (e.g., before holidays), production may take 1 to 3 days longer. We're doing our best to get your product to you as quickly as possible! -
When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive your order confirmation as soon as we have successfully forwarded your order to our manufacturer ✅. This is our sign to you that everything is proceeding as planned! -
I made a mistake with my order! What can I do?
No problem! 😅 If you made a mistake with your order, please send us an email immediately after placing it using our special cancellation template (see below). This is the only way we can cancel your order before it's forwarded to the manufacturer. Important: We can only process cancellations if you use our template.

Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout Europe 🇪🇺 with DHL directly from Germany 🇩🇪. -
Do you also ship to the USA or other international countries?
No, unfortunately we don't ship to America or other international countries outside of Europe 🌍. If your country isn't displayed at checkout, we unfortunately can't ship there. -
How long does shipping take?
- Within Germany: 1 to 5 working days 🇩🇪
- Within Europe: 3 to 10 working days 🇪🇺

When can I expect my product?
You should usually receive your product within one week of ordering 🚀 (production time + shipping time).
Returns & Complaints

How does a return work?
If you wish to return a product, please send us an email using our special returns template (see below) 📧. Important: We can only process returns submitted using this template. -
What do I do if my product is damaged or does not match the order?
Should your product arrive damaged or not match your order, please also send us an email with the return form and describe the defect in detail. We will then take care of a quick solution!
